Accessible website and brand identity for a speech therapy clinic, reducing repetitive client inquiries and enhancing professional credibility.
The Challenge
The clinic faced three primary obstacles:
- Clinicians were overwhelmed answering repetitive client inquiries via phone and email
- There was no centralised online resource for client information
- The practice lacked a cohesive professional brand identity reflecting their compassionate approach to therapy
The Solution
Designed and developed a responsive website with:
- Intuitive navigation and clear information architecture
- A dedicated FAQ page addressing common client questions
- Clinician profiles with individual practitioner pages
- A streamlined contact form directing inquiries to clinicians
Created a modern brand identity with a calming colour palette conveying trust and empathy.
Design & Development
- Built in Webflow with a focus on accessibility and clean typography for cross-device readability
- The homepage features a clear call-to-action directing visitors to the FAQ and clinician profiles
- The clinicians page showcases practitioner backgrounds, qualifications, and areas of expertise
- A custom contact form was integrated with Webflow email functionality for direct client submissions
Outcome & Reflections
The site reduced repetitive inquiries, enhanced client trust, and received positive feedback from both clinicians and clients. The professional branding and clinician profiles enhanced credibility, while the FAQ section saw particularly strong engagement.
The project demonstrated how thoughtful design can directly improve operational efficiency for healthcare providers.
